i used to suffer anxiety and panic attacks frequently. I found the books and audiobooks from dr Claire weekes helped me a lot and now I don't suffer them anymore. You can just search dr claire weekes here on KZbin and find her audios. I hope it helps x

It's crazy to me how when I actually clear my mind and focus on the video, I can actually feel the energy changing in my body. When you're focusing on the legs, my legs tingle, same with everything else. And my energy genuinely shifts to a calmer state. Love your reiki videos
