I had terrible symptoms of PCOS , being an introvert , I kept everything within myself , I was unable to tell anyone regarding the same , but one day I came across this video and played the video with my eyes closed . My sons especially my older were facing tough time for many years with my ex physical running away from physical and mental abuse, Financial abuse, control and many more that classify as nassisist and I can confirm I don’t normally see a person like this surrounding me. It made us having so much anxiety for example afraid of separation as he said he is going to take kids, asking me money hrrrrr many things. My first Reiki session was in 2012, months after the death of my beloved aunt who was 6 years older than me. We were like sisters. She died by suicide. I was in such a very dark place. Sobbing to her, to God, every single day, asking for forgiveness that I should have been there for her. Nothing was working. So my dear, sweet, thoughtful sister brought me to a very special place for Reiki. I didn’t know what it was, what to expect, nothing. So I laid down with an open mind and my eyes closed. By the end of the session, while driving home, my sister looked at me and asked one question: “How do you feel?” And my response was “At peace.” It was beautiful! I hit send too fast. I wanted to say thank you to our hostess here who is giving us a most special gift. Thank you. ♥️

I loved this video so much... I was called to listen to it again. This time I felt myself going deeper into the meditation and felt more healing taking place. I went into this to get rid.of my anxiety tonight. I have had a.really.swollen and sore throat . I dont know pw.I'm kind of new to reiki but very open to it but.as.it ended I realised I have no pain in my throat all ??? How is this possible.?
