This is so cool. I love hearing about fans around the world. I’m a diehard Lightning fan in New Zealand and I’ve found another here. Probably because we’re not a hockey nation. In April I’m going to Tampa and I’ll finally get to see our team play. I’m beyond excited. I’m the recipient of Make Your Dream Come True. It’s almost unbelievable.

@@sorcy79au 👋🏻 WA! I wonder how many of us are in Australia and New Zealand! I’m jealous of you being able to see the games on the telly. NHL ESPN stopped broadcasting to here. For a season I had to listen to Bolts radio, not too much of a hardship though thanks to Dave Mishkin. (I now watch online VPN)

While I may not be all that distant, I'm a Bolts fan in what many would probably consider an unconventional location, that being Mobile, AL. We had an ECHL team called the Mysticks many years ago that started my love for the great game of hockey. Even though geographically there have been teams closer to me over the years, Tampa just always was my go to team. As a kid playing squirt youth hockey, I initially just liked the Lightning for their logo. But then Marty St. Louis and the first Cup win absolutely solidified it for. Proud to be a lifelong Tampa Bay Lightning fan for over 20 years now. GO BOLTS!
