Distillation PID Control in Simulink (MATLAB)

The objective is to control the composition of the product by adjusting the reflux ratio for a continuous distillation column. The Simulink simulator is available at apmonitor.com/c... - this simulator is used to generate a step response and to add a PID controller for testing. may I know which material balances formulae did you use for the distillation function on matlab? Also, can I change the column environment for my own unit? thank you i advanced.

I don't have data or a model for the riser of an FCC. Here is an application that is close to the FCC: apmonitor.com/dde/index.php/Main/FiredHeaterSimulation but it uses MPC.
