Because it dries so slowly, pigment ink works well to emboss, especially with clear embossing powder. You can use with any color pigment ink and clear powder and you don’t need different colored embossing powders.

Hi! What glue did you use? I'm pretty sure I can't see it in the list. All my glue and cheap tape adhesives are shit and don't really work that well. So I don't mind spending a bit more just so my cards can stay together and NOT fall apart haha. BUUUTTT, I don't want the glue to go through the other side into the card or ruin my watercolour painting if if goes through or whatever. Thank you!!!

Generally I use liquid glue - Tombow Mono Liquid Adhesive (Green and White bottle) and the Tonic Deluxe Adhesive is good too

@@justinehovey hmm ok. Thank you. They aren't at my huge local craft shop. Might have to by them online. I'm from Australia. So...that glue doesn't go through the paper then? I have thin card stock. But stick the watercolour picture on the front. Thanks

Emily E it really depends how you use your glue and how thin the paper is really. I don’t use much at all but I use thicker cardstock.

Lovely card! I've never used Distress Inks so no experience. Would it have made any difference if you had blended first and stamped afterwards?
@justinehovey8 жыл бұрын
It won't make a difference, it is probably smarter to distress first and stamp later. That way if your black ink is still wet (I used pigment ink so it takes a bit to dry) then it won't smudge.
