This DIY post is perfectly befitting for our first KZbin video of the year as I represent the refreshed setting of our living room corner. I have been wanting a dedicated wall for all my DIY frames. Finally I took some creative freedom and made this wall a collage of all my DIY frames. Inexperience, budget and life’s many other priorities often can delay us from achieving our homes fullest decor perspective but it doesn’t have to be they way. My wish for the year is to live beautifully and inspire you all along. Hop on to the KZbin channel to see how I made (not one, not two) three DIY frames in this collage.

So beautifully styled😍 Loved ur idea of framing the brass artifacts.. but , wont cleaning the brass be a hassle if we stick it in a frame? The fabric background might come in the way? Pls share if you have any tips for it pinky..

Thank you. I usually clean brass before sticking it. The blue and red frames have been done 3 years back and I haven’t cleaned the brass inside ever since. They don’t get as bad. If you still need to clean I would say rubbing with damp dry cloth will dust and clean the brass piece.

Hi.. I tried sticking fabric with the help of modge podge. After giving it top coat of modge podge, the look of the fabric changed. It looked sticky and as it did not looked like silk. I mean it did not look good as it was before giving top coat of modge podge.
@pinkzpassion
@pinkzpassion 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Priti. With modge podge the color of the fabric is bound to change. If you see my first frame in the video here the green shadow box frame…the color changed after the modge podge coat. If you wish you can use scrapbook paper instead fabric. It also depend on which base you stick your fabric too. If the base is already too dark the fabric will look more different. Try with scrapbook paper and see.

Hey Pinky, thank you so much for all your videos. Very helpful for novice decor enthusiasts like me. One question: do you nail all the wall pieces or do you use sticky tapes? Like for the heavy ganesha, what did you use? I am trying to tinker with wall pieces but don't want to spoil the wall. Would love to hear your inputs. Appreciate your reply.
