Binghamton, New York was a Wheel of Fortune desert during Season 10 after WBNG Ch 12's 6 year contract with Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy expired in 1992 moving only Jeopardy to WICZ Ch 40 but Binghamton had no Wheel until Ch 40 picked up the show by Sept 1993

Something tells me that this was taken from a re-run episode during the 12th Season of "Wheel of Fortune." I can tell 'cause of the at 21:33 there's a 1995 copyright taken from Season 12 with Charlie's voice also taken from Season 12. Made me wonder if there were some Season 11 episodes that also had a weekend re-runs with the Season 12 closing of Wheel of Fortune.

Yep, this has to be a repeat, hence the Columbia-TriStar Television logo.
