Well, I was interested in this game only cause devs say "the thing" in description. Sooooooo can't blame him when you get FTL and no thrill of not knowing who in your party is "the thing". The PS2 at least turning people into the thing if they are left behind in any way. Hard pass not a fan of RNG heavy jams.

It's on sale on Steam right now and The Thing is one of my favourite movies so i was very interested to see what this was all about. I think i'll pass on it, the RNG sounds too annoying.

Yeah. You pretty much nailed it. I was just thinking about trying this game out again. I'd looked forward to it when announced, but didn't pick it up til over a year later when it was on sale. I played it a few hours and was rather disappointed, and haven't touched it again since. Repetitive. Tedious. Lacking expected tension. ... Yep. soooo yeah. I think maybe I'll play something else then.
