Damn! I couldn't get the timing right for the verse, until I watched this video and noticed he downpicks all those open notes. Tried with all downstrokes instead of alternate picking and now I get it! That's exactly like that riff before the chorus on Asylum, can't get that right unless it's downpicked! Jeez!

@Conorhstone that isnt his signature schecter. his is the Scecter Ultra DD. this is a schecter solo 6 with his signature pickups in it. the difference is only in the shape and color but its not his signature

Look up the spider exercise if you don't already know what it is. By far one of the best ways to strengthen your fingers. After a few months I was finally able to get it. The pain is real 🤣
