Hi Larry 👏. I camped in the same area last June, and I heard the exact howls at night, plus an angry growl next to my truck. I never heard a coyote howl that way, so I think it might have been a grey wolf. Whatever it is that thing, I see it's still there.

I'm an Aussie and I heard the EXACT same scream at about 9:30pm in April/May 2020 when i was standing on my deck. We don't have kyotes here and yes koalas will grunt in mating season and sound scary as but I know what they sound like, male kangaroo's also sound terrifying but again i am familiar with these sounds...I've checked audio videos on all the different deer, wildlife and the only things that I've heard remotely the same is this video and one other one on KZbin from Somewhere in America. Sent chills down my spine as it was so LOUD and whatever it was did it every 3 or 4 seconds consecutively for 6 times and got further and further away with each screech by a vast distance. I didnt here sticks snapping or anything though. I literally woke my husband up and he kinda laughed at me as I described the sound like a pterodactyl or dragon!! Until he seen the terror on my face and how I could not go out on our deck for about a month after dark by myself after that experience. Still baffles me to this day what it was but it would have only been 30 metres or so away from our house in the bush block next door. We had fires about 20kms from that area about a week prior and I thought that perhaps 'something' was driven out? No idea but it torments me when I think of it. And I'm not a sissy type of chick either.

@leighsayers2628 nope, there's no way it was a fox scream. I hear foxes squabble and vixen screams which is like hearing a woman getting tortured but this was very deep and guttural that no tiny little fox can make. I wish it was a fox but I know that wasn't the case.

I use the instant coffee all the time. I even use it to make ice coffee. Here is a suggestion for your tarp. Buy a PVC pipe and some PVC snap on clamps. Take your tarp and clamp it to the pvc pipe. Now you can roll it up to the length you want it. Now to hold the trap to the top of the camper is to make a some clamps to hold it in place. When you get ready to pack up everything comes apart to pack up. 😊

That definitely sounded like the infamous Bigfoot howls. Google Bigfoot howls or whoops. They walk and sound off just like that. Coyotes do have a similar sound but usually only when they have a kill and you would hear the pack different howls from the pack at night early morning when they hunt. Looks like fun and the little guys are just lovable. People that don't have a chance to get out and camp they can do it vicariously thru your channel. Keep up the videos. Bigfoot are demons. Cryptids, yetti, squatches, dogman, wolfman, wendigo, the rake, skinwalker, mothman, goatman, mimics etc. Whatever nickname the world wants to give them, they all amount to one thing, DEMONS. Demons are dead people, dark spirits that didn't accept Jesus Christ and then in turn become monsters, the invisible enemy that plague us all if we don't have the protection of the Lord God Almighty. I hope that clears that up and that you accept Jesus Christ before it's too late. May the Most High bless you always through these tribulus times in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen 💟💖💟

Love your setup. I just found your channel and subbed. Looks like it is going to finally cool off a bit here in Louisiana so it is time to start camping. I am so ready. Although I have a 24 ft. offroad trailer equipped with solar etc. I do prefer tent camping. I solved my powerstation issue by purchasing a LiTime 100 Ah LifePo4 and 1000 Watt inverter. I think all total I have about $350 in it. Like you, I also have 200 Watts of solar but the battery relieves the amp hour anxiety and is way cheaper than an add-on battery for the Ecoflow. I just recently discovered Great Value Classic Roast instant and I am blown away at just how good it is.....like $5.00 for 120 cup size. That is a great looking camping spot. Arizona is a beautiful and geographically diverse state. That fold-up aluminum table you have, the taller one, I have two of those that have to be at least 40 years old and still going strong. I love them. That roast looked quality enough to grill like a steak. I will have to binge watch some of your videos to catch up on your rigs etc. Take care.

Didn't you hear the snapping trees while you were at the 🔥 fire? I sure did. I think you had a Bigfoot there... I'm still waiting for the howls in this video, I'm half way in now. 👣😛‼️🫣😱

New to your channel, like your systematic approach of cooking. Howls probably coyote but echoed across so hard to tell. Interesting. Yes, thin coat cast iron. Like that you secure dogs.

I worked at the Grand Canyon South Rim for almost 3 years from 2017 - 2020 but missing out on 2 months. The woods up there are pretty cool and there are Feral dogs that live in those woods as well as Coyote's.

I love that little camper of yours! The howling could be bobcats? Sometimes the males sound like that. Happy you keep your pups inside with you! I was watching this while in bed with my dog, who's wrapped in a blanket right now.

I’m curious why you don’t start the dinner before putting up the awning and setting up the rest of camp. Your dinner could have been cooking while you were working on that and you would not have been waiting so long to eat, but maybe you had a reason that I’m not thinking about. You have a really cool little camp setup, though and your tiny camper is great!
