አንድ የስራ ኃላፊ አንድን ሰራተኛ እኔ የወረወርኩብህ ቦታ ሄደህ ስራ አለበለዚያ ስራህን በገዛ ፍቃድህ እንደለቀቅ ይቆጠርብሃል ማለት መሪዎችን ኢምፓወር ማድረግ ነው ማለታቸው ለመሆኑ እነዚህ ሰዎች ከአእምሯቸው ነው?

ሆን ተብሎ የመንግስት ሰራተኛው ተገቢ መብቱ እንዳይጠይቅ ሰራተኛው ለማክሰም የመጣ ሴራ እና ተንኮል ነው።ፍፁም 100ፐርሰንት ተቀባይነት የለውም።ይህ ህግ የፈጠረው የጌታ እና የባሪያ ግንኙነት እንዲኖር ነው።
