In the Member's Only area of her site there's a video of her doing her hair in her bathroom at home, and she does take out the clips before she leaves. The clips are put on and then the hair is sprayed in place to give a Marcel Wave. You then let it dry and take them out. Not sure what was going on with this video.

+Heather Bennett no you dont leave them in, but leaving them to sit for 10-20+ mins will shape the hair in the wave and hold it longer. No idea why they didn't remove them for the final shot.

Yes. You leave the "wave clip(s)" for at least two hours to 'overnight'. My grandmother hair coiffure tools still intact from my great grandmother. they consists of #1 Long tooth clip #2 Long Flat clips #3. Long and Short thin clips #4 Sponge Big Curlers #5 Big tooth comb #6 Teasing comb #7 Big bristles hair brushes, Hair net and a hair spray

Hahahha oh my!!! If I would have known that brush was that expensive!?!?? My mother and pap had them. And I have lost my mother to EDS aka VEDS. RIP my love! She always had the most beautiful hair when she curled and brushed it out! So I'm going to get one and put the brush in my will. Whoa!
