Usefull demonstration, thanks! Did you tested the microphone range? On the datasheet they talk about 7 meters (23 feet) but is it true?

Do I need to control all these options with Logitech software installed on my computer, or can it be done via he hardware buttons? I need a solution anybody can walk up to and plug in without having to install a bunch of software.

The features are built in to the device. No software needed. You can control what framing mode you want remotely. Best to decide the best view and set it and leave it alone. My recommendation is grid view for small rooms

@iaingall2299 nothing. Just connect it to the network and use the Web UI. Or connect to Sync cloud and do it remotely

Thank you for the in-depth review. I'm keen to learn if the new 'active' usb-c cable allows local content to be shown at 4k resolution if the unit is connected to a 4k display. I understand that it may be downsampled to 1080p for far-end participants on teams, but I don't want local sharing to be limited to 1080p. the logitech website is not helpful in this regard. Perhaps you have tested at 4k and can help me out?
