Ditch the Rake: Using the Yardmax Push Mower to Take Care of Leaves

What's the verdict when it comes to taking care of leaves in the yard: *Mow *Rake/Blow/Vacuum/Haul *Burn *Leave Alone

I love the color of your mower. Throughout the winter I handle the leaves with several methods. I want to have one or two cuts in the winter just mulching down the leaves into the ground. Whether it takes 2 or 3 passes. The leaves are free fertilizer. The other times, I will use my blower to bring all the leaves into the yard. Then I may do a combination of hand raking and use a wide scoop shovel to put the leaves into a tote container. The city recycles the leaves to offer free mulch to the public. They give us up to three tote containers. Then I will use my lawnmower with the bagger to pick up the remaining leaves to have the yard looking clean.

Orange happens to be my favorite color, although it did not factor into my purchase of this mower! The leaf recycling program sounds like a great way to help disperse leaves to others!
