I think he was okay, looks like a silly mistake with his clip in peddles!

We did London Brighton yesterday but our route looks steeper . Are there many routes going to the top.

You'll be fine! I will give you a few tips - #1 don't go off too fast too soon as it is 56 miles! #2 Carb load before the event, you can find out more about this with a simple search on the Internet but you won't fail to preform on the day and you won't ache as much after the event! #3 this is properly the most important thing, keep hydrated!! Drink plenty of water, a lot more than what you may be used to. This reduces the tired feeling as things start to get tough. #4 believe in your self, you may not be able to see the top when you start Ditchling Beacon but the more you push on and pace yourself the easier and faster it will finish. YOU CAN DO IT!!

Thanks :-) I don't know your ability but just spin and you'll be up in no time! Watch out for the kicks and just push through, you can do it!

GraphixGuru96 Thanks. First time, and I'm giving it my best shot. Worried being clipless and getting cut up on the hill. Maybe some bruises on the way. Cheers.
