Ditebogo Junior Phalane | 5-year-old shot dead in hijacking in Soshanguve: Themba Masango

Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi this afternoon visited the family of a five-year-old Ditebogo Junior Phalane who was shot during the hijacking of his father's vehicle outside their home on Friday night in Soshanguve.
It is believed that the boy had gone out to welcome his father when he arrived home when a group of armed men fired shots wounding the boy in the process.
He died later in hospital.

Temba says there’s enough resources in those areas and he just mentioned Hammanskraal which currently has 1 police station, Ironically it’s in the Temba area. It’s been like this since it was built in 2006.

You are right Themba,during lockdown police were everywhere,to enforce those restrictions then.why cant the same happen in hotpot areas like Soshanguve,all notorius black townships?
