My son was diagnoised ASD at 2, by the time he was 17 after years of telling drs something else was going on and being ignored, we finally got him reassesed and he ended up being ASD, ADHD inattentive type and dyslexic. Unfortunatly for him it was missed for so long his education suffered and he aged out of the school system because the government decided he wasn't bad enough to stay until 21. Fingers crossed its not a 4 year wait for her to be reassesed.
