These days I remembered Raichu (TEF) which deals 50 damage to all pokemon that have a damage counter. It can be a great combo with the new Uxie Spread that deals 20 damage to all of the opponent's Pokemon. Use Crispin to energize with (Psychic and Lighting Energy). I'm not as experienced as you in Pokemon TCG to be able to put together the best deck using these two Pokemon. If you can put together a deck with this strategy it would be really fun to see Raichu getting multiple knockouts with a single attack.

I run it with counter gain and reversal energy and play it as a comeback spread deck, literally made the list yesterday so it's cool seeing someone else put it together

Looks cool, but I doubt I'd get back into the TCG. I played from Neo up to the end of Sun/Moon. Sword and Shield ruined it for me.
