Nitrous oxide Lee what is what you were trying to find to describe “laughing gas” Khao San road was the original hippy and backpacking area in Bangkok in the late 70’s and 80’s you should have seen it back then. Very tame nowadays.

Yes Lee, it is their work premises so they are entitled to charge you for that, after all as we say TIT ( This Is Thailand) They pay under the table money to the police and local authorities to open there, so if you complain you will never win mate.
