Awesome video buddy. Got my dji mini 2 yesterday and flew it for the first time today. Absolutely loved it but I was extremely nervous as it is my first drone 😱. Respect from the UK 🇬🇧 🤘

Thanks! I would highly recommend a gimble guard, landing skids and floats (if you want to fly over water). They are cheap add ons that really help protect it when something goes wrong. Enjoy it!

Great recovery. Sorry it didn’t work. Another huge pointer I found out was when flying over water, never fly low. Use the zoom to get the same effect!! And watch for trees lol

IPA isn't powerful enough to remove microscopic contamination. Sediment from the lake will find tiny voids in between the legs of the chips and it can only be seen with a microscope. You have to get a more powerful solvent like electrical contact cleaner in a pressurised can and blast the PCB to force the microscopic particles out and dissolve organics. A toothbrush will never get into those crevices and IPA isn't a strong enough solvent in some cases. Then, dry out the PCB using a hair dryer on the low setting to really force any moisture to evaporate, even if it is trapped inside components. A lot of people use rice but this is nonsense that will make the problem worse because it will contaminate the PCB with more organic particles and not do a good job drying it out anyhow. Good luck!

Nice try. I'd assumed you didn't have any insurance!
