My new favorite movie, i don't get why all the mostly negative reviews, the movie is surprisingly engaging. I was told that it sort of Hunger Games spin off but the characters feels more humane, eating pop corn while watching this gem is a must XD. Very engaging movie

Not having reas the books nor seen the movie from what I've heard on the book and seen here it's a ramp up. In the book it was a view of the means don't justify the ends but in the movie the ends attained by the corrupt means justified the means if only to end that particular end. There is a strong a strong connotation of honor in China and I'm not surprised they coined the term total war to connote such wars with zero honor at all. Hence the understood usage of enemies own police forces psychologist and therapist hospitals networks etc. Such approaches are reserved by them and governments as the US and Russia for only extreme and distressed situations. The CIAs main job in real life is such situations where the rules of honor stopped mattering. Hence the usage of IEDs and torture reserved for the Taliban and Al Qaede. Yeah, this is so much better. In the book Jeanine kind of just leaves after injecting Four with the memory serum and plays no part in the climax, so Four is the one that shuts it off after Tris saves him.
