I am for the first time seeing your videos and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you putting this information out there. I'm still pre-med for 2 more years. I thought to try and prepare myself on the business side now and found you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

This also resonates with me, a psychologist. Five years grad school, one year internship, one year of postdoctoral fellowship...a lot of places with decent salaries require you work around the clock, or silently take offense to you having another side hustle. Thank you for taking the time to discuss this, it holds a lot importance to adjacent disciplines as well.

We really do "delay our life by 10-15 years" and people think doctors are money making machines.. Thank you for this video, much appreciated!

I own commercial and residential properties, also a absentee partner owner of a used car dealership. I never thought my income should primarily be from practicing medicine. It would be unwise not to diversify income streams.

Thank you so much. I’m a DNP and want to seek other ways to generate income. I feel that being in clinic day-in-day out can burn anyone out. I want to care for patients because I love to not because I have to. The best healthcare providers I’ve seen work part time. They are parents or teach or do something else.

People forget you have to pay staff as well from the income.
