You know what the major problem is? Most of the times bullies DON'T EVEN REMEMBER what they did. It's all fun, innocent games to them, they make you feel like crap, then move on with their lives and eventually forget what they did. I have seen it happen... to me and other people too.

It’s been YEARS since I graduated, and am still, and will most likely, suffer from what my bullies did to me till I’m old. The worst thing is they don’t remember anything they did to you while you wake up from nightmares of what they did to you, spitting on you, punching you. Man..people need to learn that what they do during school or at work will influence someone for the rest of their lives.

I'm so sorry for what you've gone through. It doesn't have to be like that. You don't have to suffer til you're old. There are so many adults who've gone through similar pain as you but have not healed and continue to hurt. The amazing thing is you're only 20 yrs old and already very self aware. Choose to heal. Now. Focus on yourself. Love yourself. Go to therapy or do whatever you need to do to heal. One day in the future, you will look back and it won't hurt as much or at all anymore. You will remember how you chose you and have become a better person for it. As for those people who've hurt you, they are most likely people who are also hurt who chose to inflict the pain they feel onto others. I wish them healing as well because Karma is real and they will get theirs one way or another. So all you have to do is just focus on your self-healing. On your darkest days, remember that there is someone rooting for you.👼 I sincerely wish you all the best. 💚💜💛

I have social anxiety and still have really big issues with my self-esteem because of this little piece of shit, and you're telling me it's normal? What? P.S. And yeah, he actually started sexually harass me every time we've met for a drink with other classmates after we graduated, so things like "You know he just really likes you, that's his way of showing affection" piss me off. He even called me whore in front of everyone after he found out that I was virgin, make it make sense.

I straight up confronted them and said “didn’t you used to make fun of me??” And they were looking confused. Like honey no, I very much still remember. They were trying to partner with me for a project. And they kept trying to be my friend. Like back up.

Bullies really do have selective memory. They don't care to remember what they did to you. They don't care about how they treated you. "Because that's all in the past. Now you're famous and I know you and you know me so do me a favor!" Get real. As someone who was always singled out for no reason, I can still remember, vividly scenes of when they talked behind my back, only coming to me for answers when they can't do it themselves, being called out for going overboard on school projects that really got me passionate about just because it got the teacher's attention. All these scenarios have stayed with me and I remember them so clearly that I can even recite word from word what they said during those scenarios because that's how traumatizing bullies are to those who fell victim to them. Jamie is too kind. It really shows. I would have just responded with "You go the wrong number and I don't know you." And then hang up on them. I would have changed numbers to prevent these people from trying to do stupid shit like this to me. So full of themselves. I wouldn't care if they try to blacken my image to their friend they're trying to impress. You're not a fan if you're trying to find ways through the backdoor to meet your Idol and demanding shit from them as if it's your right to make them prove themselves to you. Your phone number is your personal rights. No one should be abusing it to benefit themselves.

my biggest mistake of my life was dating a boy who is a bully. he doesn't looks like a bully but he really is. especially if he dont like a person's physical appearances, he wont even look at them. bc he separate people by their looks. at first, he kinda looked like funny boy and i wasnt aware of how bad his personality is. and one day, he confessed me that im an ugly girl bc of my face and he said that he hope i can be more beautiful or sth. then he started to say hateful words, issue got bigger and he even cursed at me. it was like a real nightmare. this happened 5 years ago but i still remember every detail of this sh*t.

The bullies that bullied me in elementary school acted like we were best friends in the past because I was that disgusting kid nobody wants to really talk or do a school project with. Then I became a middle schooler and my life changes because I make efforts to change myself and have friends (now I have best friends that even when I'm in a crazy mode or looks bad in the morning they still by my side, even in this pandemic we still facetime almost every day). After that, I went to my old school to pick up my sister who's still a student in that hell, and then my "old friends" started to call my name and say that I'm pretty, like what!? No lie it felt good that after a long time my elementary school friends actually being nice to me, so all the smile I gave to them that time is genuine lol. But bully is not nice, online or in-person, the wound will last a long time (or even a lifetime), the bully will not even remember, and the victim, scarred. Now I always aware and insecure about my appearance, I try to always look best, I'm scared to perform on the stage that I like, I'm scared if people are watching me, I'm scared when people that not close to me touch me or even a strand of my hair, and every time I met them again my body trembles. So let's make a better place, I'm not perfect too, I make mistakes and unintentionally hurt others, and but we can make efforts to be better right? For those who are being bullied right now, hang on, I'm by your side, I know you're strong, and if you get a chance to report just do it, you're worth it.

I remember telling my brother recently that the people he was friends with bullied me. He said I was overreacting and that's just how they are as people... they were only joking.
