Thank you. We just put airline tubing into some of the holes to form a loop and then put the anubias through it. We did take great care to be sure it didn't stick out of the other side.

Amazon sword does get big but I've not had it outgrow my 10 gallon. I do occasionally sell our water lettuce when I get too much, keep an eye on the website or my Instagram. Otherwise try H2oplants, he plans to sell it. There's a coupon code in the description box.

Hi! I hope you get to see this message! I recently bought your tank divider and I am loving it! However, I purchased the one without holes. If there are no holes, is it required to put heaters on both sides of the tank? I live in a pretty warm climate but these days the weather has fluctuated since it's the winter season, so I was wondering if two heaters are necessary or not.

No, you shouldn’t need one on each side. We are currently using one with no holes and only have a heater on one side. There is a 1-2 degree difference on each side of the tank but as long as the temperature is warm enough for the Bettas it doesn’t matter. One side for us is 80f the other with the heater in is 81f.

Thank you. They can still see each other periodically but not all the time. We also sell the divider with no holes if you want total blackout but you'd need filtration and heater in each section.

Thank you, yes they do have lids on we make them ourselves. If you're using a divider and don't have a tight fitting lid you may need to lower the water level.

We have but just like with the dividers we have to come up with a way for them to fit all tank. No two tanks are the same even though they're supposed to be the same size. It took us months to come up with a solution for the dividers!

They usually form due to change in pressure and temperature. It's a lot more common in smaller tanks.

Two questions about the divider before I buy one: 1. I have a hang on back filter, do you think I could put it over the divider so both sides has water falling into it? 2. Will a heater (I have the same heater you used in this video) heat both sides? Or does both sides need it's own heater?

No, I don't think the filter would go over it. If you found you need more water movement on the other side you can add an airstone. As for the heater we found there was a 1-2 degree variable. We have the heater set at 80f so the other side is at 78/79f . We had several people testing these before they went on sale a month ago, one of whom was Creative Pet Keeping and she found the same thing a 1-2 degree variable.

Yes, you can cut it using a craft knife and straight edge. Keep scoring it and it will eventually break. Just be sure to not take off to much. Don't force it into the tank otherwise it will damage the tank.

We make our own using acrylic. We have a video on it in the how to playlist. If you're using the divider with no lid the water level would need to be lower in the tank so there's no risk of them jumping.

I'm in need of some answers about my female betta! I have a sorority consisting of 5 girls. Everyone gets along perfectly and dont bother one another. One of the girls keeps frantically swimming back and forth by the side of the tank as if she can see herself. She has developed, what I believe, stress stripes. No other fish is doing this!
