When dividing decimals by integers, normal division can take place
When dividing a value by a decimal, express the calculation as a fraction.
Using the concept of equivalent fractions, change the denominator to a integer by multiplying the numerator and denominator by the same value of 10/100/1000 etc (only the denominator needs to be an integer)
Once the denominator is an integer, normal division can take place
