Yes, Friday I am moving 2K miles away from my family and friends, to build a healthier, more minimalistic lifestyle for myself. I have officially taken an ICU job on the North Pacific Coast, that my twin flame has been recommending to me for over a year. I have leased a seaside cottage, with an ocean view, just steps from the beach and a variety of hiking trails. My family and friends are in shock but very supportive. They have been throwing me various going away parties and dinners. I’m so touched by all of the loving messages and I will cherish them during difficult moments. Self nurturing is for everyone. My mentor helped me find my core milestones that were skipped in baby-life and she taught how to visualize in meditation ourself being ourself treating a baby in ways that nurtures babys' self worth, or trust not to hide fear yet bc you want to know fear and what it means to the body it's a gift that warns you before the bad happens.
