I think it's a great suggestion and I think it can help reduce the feeling of being trapped, suffocating or in an unwanted situation. I live in a very high 5G zone (not so much outside noise as I'm near a beach). I use protecting subliminal, frequencies and earthing methods at home 24/7 (yes, I sleep with it and in a silver mesh canopy too). My body was aching so much and my nervous system was fried only 1 week after moving into my new place. All that wasn't enough, so I invested in devices to neutralize the free radicals. Much better! It's been almost 2 years and can't move out financially right now. I live in Ontario, Canada. From my personal experience, positive thinking/reprogramming the sub-mind, remaining hopeful for miracles and trusting guidance are def key. I hope this way of thinking works for you, I wish it did for me, but it wasn't enough. I'm sure there is trauma embedded here, hence the subliminal and "sitting with it" to alchemize remaining fear. Anyway, this is just my experience :) Sending MIRACLE VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED IT in this challenging time, let's create a powerful vortex! We can do this, we were built for it, so much self-empowerment happening!

Yes the sounds sirens fireworks tapping noise during meditation plane noise they go all out to try to distort the frequencies. Finding peace in these chaotic cites in the US is tough but I love the witching hours it’s the most quiet and calm. You gotta sacrifice sleep and it’s worth it. Love to you 💚🩷💜🩷

The Technology and Frequency Interference goes back much further than I suspected, whether it's 440hz vs 432hz, fluorescent lighting or old Microwave based concealed communications there is so much and I agree it's about to get much worse. Thank you 🙏💖

Is this why I have NOT been able to get to sleep lately? It’s like my body is determined to get my sleep schedule to switch 180° every once in a while, no matter how hard I try to keep it stable. Anyone relate?? I’ve always been one to stay up late to wind down from all the chaotic energies during the day. And i do feel way more aligned and connected during the night! I’ve been trying to surrender to it and trust my body’s guidance, and this message definitely helped me ❤
