Listen, ma'am! These last several videos have resonated so much and this one in particular took several pages out of my own thoughts. I was just literally setting the intention to stop attracting emotionally unavailable men into my life and to heal that aspect of myself that is also emotionally unavailable. My main issue outside of the attraction is I stay too long and pour too much even after it becomes a one-sided connection with little to no reciprocity. I hold people to what they say they're gonna do and what they start off giving me in the beginning. Its hard when you are genuine and seek genuine connection whether that's friendship, romantic, business, etc It's a wound that keeps playing out the same scenarios with different people guest starring and it needs to stop. Taking back and stepping into my divine feminine power more and more with self-assuredness, confidence, and a higher sense of self-worth. No more devaluing and downplaying myself for anyone and for any reason

That last part with confusing empathy with niceness is so important. I find that sometimes when you empathize with someone who is disconnected from themselves and lacks boundaries they can easily expect you to make them feel better… as if that it the nice thing to do and if you don’t then you aren’t nice. We run the risk of sacrificing ourselves to please others. You are right, we often have no business doing this. I would really love to hear part two. Thank you.

This is the first time I've heard empathy and "niceness" described this way. It is so hard to de-program that societal rule that says you should always be nice. I've been on a self healing journey for YEARS (15+), and finally all those emotions I stuffed down thinking I would deal with them later are overflowing and flooding me now. I am so thankful for the guidance you give! I knew I had a lot of internal work to do, but I couldn't specify exactly what I needed to do. I have a starting point now. Thank you, and much love! ❤

What trips me out is that more often than not, I have thoughts/ realizations of the exact topics that you bring up in your videos! your timing is always perfect for me. i’ve been dealing with this issue at every job i’ve ever had. i typically don’t feel like i can belong enough to get along and it blows up in a big way when i ask for accommodations at every job i’ve had for a while. i’m going thru it somewhere new and hoping i get different results, but i’m still remembering all the past times things didn’t go my way at all. lots of big feelings coming up in places where i want to keep it together at least somewhat. ❤❤❤ thank you

Jess, this came at the perfect timing. My toxic sister in law came up for a visit- with her kids. She's a very mean, evil and angry person. She's also an alcoholic. She came up Saturday, and on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday- I let her 'vent'. All she did was talk bad about her kids - she uses very nasty language too - which makes me uncomfortable. She made me feel exhausted, I cried a few times (at night) it was just too much. Finally, on Wednesday- I blew up. I told her all her problems are her fault. She has a nasty mouth- and she's not welcomed in my house anymore. She took some took cheap shots about my kids - but whatever- she left. After she left - I was finally able to breath! I also saged my house.
