I almost passed out the other day, so much energy shifted - it was on a walk with my young daughter (8 yrs) she told me that if you want boys to like you, you have to plant pretty flowers in your yard :)) I was so scared she was going to say "wear long eye lashes or get a fat butt" but she said to plant pretty flowers, and my whole life shifted in that moment in a mysterious way. I started melting inside, it seems small to tell the story now, but the moment was powerful!

For me once I realized it was the core rip and I started visualizing it sealing and healing and just allowed my higher self to take over and let myself receive it completely stopped. You also may find relief from the session recording….it was a similar process to what shifted it all for me. And of course…make sure you’re resourcing up with drinks and foods that feels supportive. Especially hydrating, electrolytes, cell salts…during the solar flares I find helpful
