I’m always Fascinated by how your able to read exactly where I am at the moment. In the Summertime Spirit was sending me so many synchronicities about this connection. To the point that I couldn’t ignore it anymore. I made initial contact with him because I was being so pushed by my intuition. In August last year, I left my DM after 14 years of marriage - I am in Australia; when I met him, I knew he was the one; I would tell my friends, "I'm going to marry that man", and I did,😢 I was in it to the end. He had addictions (not drugs), he caused me a great deal of anxiety and panic attacks. It was a painful, painful decision to leave. I spoke to him today and he begged me to go back, I don't think he truly loves ME. I think he is trying to fill a void, he is trying to heal childhood wounds. I think he looks at me as being "safe", he knows I am kind and genuine, he knows that I am loving and would do anything for anyone. I never felt a part of "his" life, his children never treated me with the respect I deserved. My family lives on the other side of the country; I only wanted to feel like part of a family. I know he is in pain - I feel it all the time. I know he NOW knows what he has lost. It took 12 years for me to leave him - 12 years of counselling, but I don't think my family could forgive ME for going back to that relationship, not after everything he did to me. Knowing he is hurting, I have to put myself first.
