This is so in-line with how it’s all unfolding just now. Literally a few days ago I made a conscious decision to begin the process of once and for all letting go of all previous traumas. It’s the biggest focus for me at present. I just felt and I knew in my heart it was time to step out of it. It’s governed so much of my life already. My children and I deserve peace and happiness. My entire being is ready to let go of it all and feel peaceful. I need it now, or the weight will cause me to crumble and I’ve come too far for that to occur. So much of what you have said resonates and really pushes me to look deeper within myself to see what truths I’m pushing aside due to past traumas. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ever so kindly. These kinds of lessons have a such a profound and positive effect on my ability to focus on self love and trust the process. ❤

I literally have no idea where my dm is at. I picture him energetically developing but am I deluding myself? How to really know when I'm being delusional versus helping build their confidence?
