I just had this conversation with my DM on Monday. He was telling me he wasn't looking for a serious relationship because of the divorce he went through. He said he'd given so much to his karmic partner only to not have it given back to him in return. He said now he's prioritizing himself and isn't interested in going back to how things were. I assured him I wanted those same things for him, that our connection would only work if he put himself first. He seemed soothed by this. I look forward to building more understanding with him as we make our way forward
