In short, Joseph iyya says. 1. Thank all gurus who have helped us read scriptures, mantras, giving us good thoughts. Both known and unknown. Saints, siddhars. Say namaskarams to all before u start prayers. 2. Ask forgiveness for all ur known and unknown sins committed in this life and previous birth. 3. Pray for well being of all those victim souls whom u have troubled in previous births and this birth. 4. Thank god for all the blessings. 5. Control anger. Even in uncontrollable circumstances. If u control the anger. It's = punyam earnt. 6. Pray devotedly for long hours. Don't look as a transactional with God. Remember we need God's grace. He doesn't need our prayers. We need God. God doesn't need us. So don't be petty minded in venduthals. 7. Treat ur daily work as service to God. 8. Pranayama technique at 49 mins. 9. If u do pranayama daily. Then u will be healthy. U don't need to go doctors.

Japa yagyam seyya vendum Sarve Jana sukhino bhavantu i e to pray for the welfare of one and all Everyone should have the habit of talking to the paramatma i.e. Antaryami inside. Why did they dislike each other so much or in other words, been so competitive to each other? Yet, they had so many impressive powers. Is it possible to have anger at their spiritual levels?

Sorry to say yourselves wrongly understood the story sir. Vasishtar didn't have any anger on vishwamitrar. He only fighted to subdue the ego of vishwamitrar when he was a kshatriya. After vishwamitrar did penance and achieved a bramharishi status. It was vasishtar who endorsed it..so no envy between them as we think. They are highly spiritual 🙂🙂🙏🏻🙏🏻
