I remember listening to this as a kid on KISS FM out in New York and would always get so excited when they played the whole thing instead of cutting it short because it's a long song with so many verses! Great song that I remember hearing on WKTU at the factory in Dover, NJ back in '84. I loved the soul, rap, dance, freestyle, pop and rock music back then and many times the lyrics were socially conscious. This will always be a stand out tune for that time along with Nuance "Love Ride", Debbie Deb "When I Hear Music" and Rock Master Scott "Request Line" to name a few.
