Yes, if one is going to say the whole chaplet on their rosary beads, one would say sign of the cross, and then the prayers as suggested, there's many websites which shows how to do it in its entirety.

Yes, because this chant was written by Fra. Philip Pavich, OFM, but NOT LIKE THIS. This is not the chant mode it was written. It isn't flowing the way he wrote and sang it. IF you could hear the correct way you would understand. This is close but definitely not it. Btw, Fra. Philip Pavich, OFM, lived in Jerusalem for 40 + years. This chant was written on the eve of Divine Mercy in the bell tower of St. James Church in Međugorje, Bosna-Hercegovina, in 1989 by Fra. Philip Pavich, OFM, in chant mode, definitely NOT this way.

This chant melody is not correct. The ORIGINAL CHANT MELODY that has been transcribed wrongly here was written by Fra. Philip Pavich, OFM, the eve of Divine Mercy Sunday in 1988 or '89, and people still do not get it right. This is ok but it is not the true chant written correctly by Fra. Philip. Particularly the part "and those of the whole world..." where the Our Father beads are. I know the melody very well and this is altered. Annie sings beautifully but I wish she could have met him to get the right chant mode. "For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world" is correct but not the intonation. Words are being held too long or rushed based on the original chant mode.🥺

Fr. Philip was a dear friend of our families from years ago. I knew him very well and he gave permission for me to re-record this chaplet as well as I could. I think he would be pleased, God rest his sweet soul...annie
