This month I suffered from severe bouts of depression and a desire to cry. I don't know the reason, whether it was the weather or the pressures of life. I came to listen to this wonderful piece of music, knowing that it is my favorite channel, and suddenly my mood changed. I felt a desire to work and accomplish the accumulated work, and my feelings began to rise and fly. I felt a desire to exercise and walk. I organized my closet and arranged the house while listening to this blog. I listen to it out loud and live with it in all the details. It seems that it was made with all love. Thank you. You are still my inspiring channel, my favorite channel.

Music is only way to relax mind there no any on earth music is my habby that's why I am happy no drugs cigarettes no wine on medicine only following music research on music and meditation gives me internal power of mind and music is nearest way to reach god and in your sole

@gokulganeshgokulganesh7487 Icompletely agree with you! I also stay away from drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, and beer. I am a Muslim, and I love living with mental health and physical comfort. I am now 43 years old, and I have no idea what an energy drink like Red Bull tastes like. Haha, I know some might disagree, but this is simply the truth. After the sudden death of my beloved father and living in a faraway country, I went through a phase of depression and isolation. But music, prayer, and exercising are the nourishment for the soul and mind. I don't know how many years from now someone will read this comment, but try to live in peace and safety, away from life's problems and pressures. Learn how to love yourself and take care of it-no one deserves your love more than you

Diesen Monat litt ich unter schweren Anfällen von Depressionen und dem Verlangen zu weinen. Ich weiß nicht, was der Grund dafür war, ob das Wetter oder der Lebensdruck es war, weil ich wusste, dass es mein Lieblingssender ist Meine Stimmung veränderte sich. Während ich mir diesen Blog anhörte, verspürte ich den Drang, zu arbeiten und die angesammelte Arbeit zu erledigen ...hör es dir laut an und lebe damit Mit all den Details scheint es, dass es mit Liebe gemacht wurde. Du bist immer noch mein inspirierender Kanal und mein Lieblingskanal
