How might I accomplish this without a DMX controller? (variations of white and color temperature)?

Hi Robert! Thanks for your question. The UBL12H has 5 operational modes: Auto Run, Program Mode, Sound Trigger, RGBAL+UV Manual, and DMX-512 Mode. Manual control can be accomplished by using either the included IR remote controller, or by using the control panel on the back of the light. @@soundpro1973 Thanks. This was totally new to me (Lime). I actually ordered a color temperature gauge, to learn more and maybe figure out how to match my 5P HEX to my UBL12H or vice versa.
