I was also a diver in high school and have a terrible fear of heights…trying to get that “mind over body” balance in my head was tough and I wasn’t doing anything as complicated or dangerous as her! I definitely watch her videos on awe of her mental strength as much as her physical! 😍

I once took a cool shower that was almost cold had it been 20° chillier. I read about Amondsen or whoever was trekking around in antártica with some pals looking for a Pole rather than in Warsaw where they're more likely to hang out. I think they ate Birdseye vegetables, or left some for later, something, something, something..... Not sure why they didn't have some Swanson TeeVee dinners or MREs, but apparently they were vegetable-tarians or something. I'm hazy on the details.
