Pally/rifles was one of my favorite builds when I played, though usually with MK 2nd. Like how flexible it (and HU more generally) is, could go into gryphs, tanks, morts, or knights fairly easily. Sometimes even casters with archmage 3rd. The opening I used was pretty similar, had it down to a science except I didn’t know about the 4-peasant trick.

I really like this build order but one thing i noticed is it doesnt really work in all maps mainly because of that first wood peasant if the tree isnt close to the townhall it will make it a bit slower to make some of the stuff

I'd like to announce that I liked this video mainly due to Bloodmage present and I would also like to express my friend frustration and distaste to what they did eith Bloodmage in general. Dude... reforged is this. Just turn off the reforged gfx. The original is dead you cant access it unless you have the disks from back in the day.

As much as you would like to downplay how good you are at the game today vs the current elite players, in a pressure competition situation over a best of 5 games, I'd back you 100% of the time to come out victorious. Blacksmith costs 40 lumber in that version? it costs 60 in the version i play (v1.27), so i cant replicate this exact build order. No lumber left for the farms with just 1 peon in the lumber. Sad
