is it possible to dive this wreck on PADI Advanced or do you need a tech 40 certificate as well?

The Wreck is possible to dive with all levels of certification. It starts at 14 metres down to 36. So from Open Water to Technical. So diving the outside down to 18 metres, or down at the propellers at 36 metres...awesome diving.
