I can't resist anymore, so here goes: 1p Hana-U is outperformed by Improvised Gloves with a Skill Haste Mod. :P It seems like your opinion on Perfect Creeping Death is 6 of one, half dozen of the other: If your team can do enough damage, you don't need a golan or a hana-U regardless. PCD seems like the safer option: if you get surprised by a wave and you need CD off cooldown, PCD is much more likely to be ready. Is an extra 10% Status effects (only giving you duration that you also don't need in this scenario) really worth sacrificing the extra utility? I'd argue no.

The improvised only equates to 0.18 second less on Cooldown, which the game barely calculates correctly. Adding in how resource intensive Improvised can be, they are not worth it. After testing this, going from zero foams to full, improvised completed this half a second faster than Hana-U. The overall effect of Creeping Death, Perfect or not, is actually minimal, as some who actively and regularly plays a CC, I have absolutely never had to Foam the same group or spawn of enemies twice. Passed the first foam, Eclipse comepletely takes over and very much outperforms Creeping. Even after reviewing the footage of this video, there are no situations where Perfect Creeping would have even been remotely considered a benefit. As for surprises, I would argue that the main thing a CC is used for is knowledge, best place to CC is the spawns, so there should be no surprises.

@@DodRegnbue That's my point though - you're a highly experienced FOMATH, so all of us scrubs might need it, especially if playing with randoms, or if playing something else than open world content. You could make the argument that in those scenarios, we shouldn't be running a CC build, and maybe that's true. But PCD still seems like it would be better than a trivial amount of status effects.

Could you confirm something for me Doddy? Scorpio 1) is unaffected by status effects stats but 2) it's effects spread when using eclipse. That's what I've been observing.

I know the effects to spread when using Eclipse. One of my favourite trolls when playing with head hunters. I am going to assume Status Effects does not do anything for Scorpio as it does not effect Ignited talent, Eyeless, Sadist, Imperial Dogshit, Shitum Imperium, and other weapon Status.
