Jayden is dangerous but people are putting a little too much respect on his name because he's a rookie. He's playing well beyond rookie expectations - blowing them away even, that doesn't mean he's Lamar. They have McClaurin and a good o-line, it's mid or worse after that. Thank you Sherm for highlighting Bobby Wagner's 11 consecutive All Pro seasons. Teams want to downgrade vets due to age, which in some cases is true. What I hate is when organizations downgrade elite vets, still playing like elite vets, to get (cheap) young talent. It's atrocious. I know it's a business, but it feels demeaning to HOFers like Bobby. Sherm's football (and Vegas!) IQ and knowledge is unmatched. And I love he and Mitchell's back and forth. This is my favorite pod. I am a huge Bills fan, yet I think Sherman's analysis is fair. Its going to be a tough out for the Bills. Buffalo isn't an easy place to play and the Bills had a ton of missing pieces on the back end of their defense last time. That should matter. Hope the defense shows up in a big way.

The odds are definitely in favor of the Ravens. Henry will be the x factor. The good news is that Bills can't play any worse than they did in their previous meeting. I think Josh deserves the MVP regardless of the outcome. Considering that they weren't even supposed to make the playoffs this year and Ravens were expected to make the finals, Josh deserves the MVP. That being said, I want to see the Bills prove the oddsmakers wrong and advance to meet the Chiefs in the next round.

Jalen Hurts you say looks bad in a ten game winning streak. Lost a game whenever he got the concussion. Barkley had a hundred yards in that game with hurts in the first quarter. Little after. Maybe just maybe Hurts knows how to quarterback to maximize his running back. You forgot he was second team all pro because of the sub zero game in Chicago where he injured his shoulder carrying the team on his back. Otherwise he'd have had that MVP and a first team all pro. He threw for 150 in the first quarter of the first playoff game that year before they took the air out of the ball and his arm didn't work right. He was still injured. Dude would run a hundred one week and throw three hundred the next. You're not stopping him if he decides it's on. The next season he was unstoppable until injured. This season was in a 10 0 run until injured. The only concern is health. If he's healthy, he'll kill you from the pocket. Concussion effects if present would stop him. One thing he's pretty good at is playing within his injured capacity. So if his reflexes and power are off, he won't throw it. Meaning he might not have been 100 Sunday. Or he's playing possum.

Watched the Eagles absolutely flatten Green Bay, they're a complete team for sure. Ravens defense right now is entirely different than that Week 4 matchup too. No Michael Pierce or Broderick Washington in that game. Eddie Jackson and Marcus Williams are no longer in the rotation either, with Ardarius Washington and Kyle Hamilton back playing deep safeties and Marlon firmly in the slot. Bills are facing a much better defense now. They were one of the worst in the NFL in week 4 and Buffalo scored 10 points. This game will be alot closer because its two elite QBs and elite teams playing at their best.

We hear these same opinions week in and week out. We get the pundits needing to keep the drama fueled. This will not be a close game in my opinion. I thought the Vikings were predicted to beatup the injured Lions? The Vikings were humliated as they should have been. They are not a bad team, they were just outmatched. Washington is good for sure, but they will need 9 minutes to score, the clock will run out soon enough for them. The Lions are offensively too much for their defense.

As an eagles fan, I can promise you the redskins are the worst match up for Detroit. The head coach and qb are easily as fearless as Detroit. That game is going to be bullet for bullet 4th down for 4th down. Detroit is the better team, but the skins don't care. Game of the week IMO

On the Hutch thing, there's a ton of fans who say he shouldn't come back for the playoffs. I'd almost say a majority. Obviously if he's fully cleared and game ready we'd love to see it, but we also don't want to see him out there getting hurt.

Actually the Bucs did stop Daniels. 2 TD's and less than 3 yards per carry is stopped. The Bucs just didn't execute on offense. Don't expect the same from Detroit.

Why do you put borrow ahead of Stafford? Burrow hasn’t won anything. Stafford has a Super Bowl win under his belt. Just because Burrow throws 35 touchdown passes every year? They don’t run the ball but they throw the ball 40 times a game. If Stafford threw the ball 40 times a game, he’d have those same stats not to mention Burrow could never take the pounding that staffford takes and play game and game out. Kupp not Stafford was the MVP of the game, and without the Rams defense and Kupp, the Bengals win that game.

When your defense can't stop a stiff breeze and you fall behind early like Cincinnati often does. Your quarterback is forced to throw it a lot like Burrow. Personally I think the most impressive number in Burrows stats isn't his 43 TDs or 4,918 yards. It's the fact that he only threw 9 interceptions behind a line that can't run or pass block. Teams that can't run the ball especially in the red zone turn the ball over a lot or settle for field goals. If you put Burrow behind the Rams o-line which I think is underrated his numbers might not be as good because the Rams can run the ball and play defense forcing him to do less but his win-loss record would be much better. There isn't a better offensive mind in the game than McVay which would help Burrow just like it has Stafford. Anyway to me there are only 4 elite quarterbacks in the league right now Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow and maybe Jared Goff I don't know about him yet. If you're looking for a comparable player to Stafford look at Geno Smith a fine player by the way who played behind a horrible line like Burrow but he is not elite thus the big difference in the numbers from Burrow but very comparable to Stafford's numbers. Anyway I'm putting the Eagles on upset alert because the Ram's coach is a lot smarter than the Eagles coach and if the Rams get an early lead the Eagles will abandon the run and turn the ball over just like Minnesota did.
