Monica Mitchell Actually his social security would pay for support of any minor child he has at /after retirement age. His full retirement age is 66. SS would likely kick out about 5-700 range per month for 18 yesrs...22 if the child goes to college. That would not affect his retirement money and would still come if he were to pass away. They should both be aware of that.

The judge killed it with this one. Advice was straight fire 🔥 She hit the nail on the head when she said that these two were at two different stages of life. They are just at two different plateaus. Nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't seem like neither can give the other what they truly need. This man has worked for decades and wants to kick back and this woman still has aspirations and goals that's she's trying to reach before she reaches that age of retirement. She wants kids and is still up and active enough to be an involved parent if she chose to adopt but this man does not want nor need to be chasing after children in his damn 70s and 80s. It's too much. They seem like nice people, but they need to call it quits and move on. It's sad but that's just how it goes. Both of them will end up unsatisfied or unfulfilled if they stay together. Hope it works out for them even if it means they are separate.

Sanetta represents a thought process that is a major peeve of mine. People have gotten too wrapped up in the "40 is the new 30" mentality, and she really thinks she should be having children at her age. If she gets pregnant right after the show, she'd be 67/68 when that child graduates high school - he'd be 83/84. Who wants to be facing college bills at that age? It's not like they're rich _now_, so they're not going to be millionaires in the next few years where they can kick back and just have a trust fund ready for the kid when he/she is legal. Sometimes, windows of opportunity don't just get closed, they get removed and filled in with cinder blocks and cement. Sanetta, you're older than you realize. Joe can act younger than his 65, but he's also a retiree. He should be playing golf or tennis somewhere, not starting a new career and raising more children.
