Mam meine Section file kiya hai aur vo Ex parte ho gya hai ab arguments ki Stage hai saamne vali party aa nhi rahi hai judge ke sath 2 times arguments ho gye hain aur judge keh rahi mujhe aapke case jiasa milta julta koi law le aayo mein divorce de dungi Meine iss se pehle section 9 daala tha but vo nhi aayi usko mere ghar se gye 2yrs ho gye hai ab meine section 13 daala toh vo x parte ho gya ab mujhe divorce kab tak mil sakta hai

Not get married, just have kids through the partner and pay them for a couple of years on contract (in case of the partner is female and service needs to have a healthy baby and after that but her milk at better cost than market price for the baby) And in case, the partner is male, then it's semen can be bought or attained through his consent (whether paid or unpaid but consent should be there of that male, it's better to have everything in legal way to ensure no objection is raised later) If India doesn't support the needs, then, avail the service in any poor country, they'll do anything for money It's not wrong to have biological baby when the amount has been agreed and paid in full after the service acquired and then no claim of that person should be entertained
