স্যার আমার প্রশ্ন হলো যদি কোন মেয়েকে তার সম্মতি ছাড়া জোর পূর্বক কোর্ট থেকে অন্য ছেলের সাথে বিয়ে দেয় পরে ওই মেয়ে যদি ওই সংসার পরিত্যাগ করে নিজের পছন্দমত বিয়ে করতে চাই তাহলে তার আইনি উপায় কোনটা যাতে তার পূর্বের স্বামী তার এবং তার বর্তমান স্বামীর উপর কোন আইন প্রয়োগ করলে সেটা অগ্রাহ্য বলে গণ্য হবে প্লিজ উত্তর টা বুজিয়ে বলবেন।

I have the dower money ready. Can I provide the dower money not before but after serving notice and completion of arbitration phase ? I don't have any intention not to give away the remaining dower money. I spent a lot of money already for her accommodation. The lawyer can confirm that and assure that I can give the money.
