At 1:00:02 question on title of property, what can you say about the respondent being a legal owner (i.e acting as Trustee) of property where there is Deed of Trust in place to stipulate he has no beneficiary interest as the asset was acquired by the money of the beneficiaries? I guess this kind of property is not part of the matrimonial asset pool? Correct or not. Thanks. God Bless.

I have been through a divorce with two young children. Here is what the court will do to save you time. This is how it ends up - 1) the female will get the house, ( called a quick claim deed) furniture, tax return, pets, savings, land, one half of retirement, children, ( full custody), alimony for 5 to 10 years. Child support until they hit 18. 2) the man gets his clothes, visitation dates and all credit card debt. Each pays their own attorney. A man can fight for custody but the truth is the mother usually wins and the state gets their title 4 D money. Also the judge knows the man could kill himself because he will lose everything - so they make you take out a life insurance policy - payable to her. Family court transfers the family wealth to her - don't give men the hope they will win after they spend $50,000. They probably will not. I don't know about domestic violence because I am not that way.

I’m not going through a divorce but I know someone who is and he has spent over $20,000. I totally agree with you comment. It’s sad that everything you stated is true. Why? Who knows. The wife gets the gold mine and you get the shaft. The sad thing is even after the judge sign off on your divorce it’s not over until the day you die.

Married 43 yrs how far back on yrs. Do l need to get financial info.debts,real estate,pension,social security &PRIVSTE INVESTMENT. IN STATE OF GEORGIA.
