Thank you sir. Well explained. Have a special scenario. Already divorce has been granted and in that there is a line stating that child custody will be with mother. Now childs mother married someone else and childs father remains without marrying, for the sake of child. Can father file petition again for cancellation of the previous awarded custody? Its 8 yr old girl child.
