The Shaykh focused on what she lost in this world, but he didn't mention much what she lost in the Akhirah! Imagine what her degree in Jannah would be if she remained a wife to Ismail (عليه السلام)! Allahu Akbar! She would be WAAAY above the degree of the companions of Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) like Abu Bakr and Umar as she would be with Ismail (عليه السلام)! And of course, way above the billions and billions of us (the Ummah of Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم). She would perhaps be even above many of the other Prophets of Allah (عز وجل) as Ismail (عليه السلام) is not the least of the Prophets in status. Just imagine what her ingratitude cost her! An E.T.E.R.N.A.L stay with one of greatest Prophets of Allah!!! In one of THE highest degrees in Jannah, very close the Throne of Allah!!! And she lost it all!!! La Ilaha Illah Allah! Allahu Akbar! Where would she be now IF she goes to Jannah? WAAAAAAAAAAY below the level that she lost! Allahu Akbar! Maybe with an average Muslim, Allah knows best. It shows you what ingratitude can cost you and me before we even realize it just as she didn't! May Allah forbid and may He make us grateful to him! Ameen Ya Rabb!
