@Usman Ahmad Islam doesn't give women the choice to divorce... it's the Husbands... In Quran Allah commands the women in surah nisa that if a women faces a problem with her husband then she should try to make peace in between them both.... she can also take help from relatives of both sides.... And you are telling her to become shameless like the husband... what's the difference then in both of them??? Shame on you for advising someone such negatively... Be in your senses before talking in such sensitive matters!!!

@@muqeetmehroon2792 I don't think a true muslim will ever dare to change the law of Allah regardless of situation. I believe the hadith regarding Umar R.A changing the Talaq law is merely a fiction. If Umar R.A was a true Muslim he would never dare to make his own law. And this is an allegation of opponents of Umar RA that he was a munafiq. So don't give this hadith. Why would Umar R.A legalize the three talaq when its a biddah in the first place, why he would make a new religion to control biddah. If you study Ismaili Shia, they also make new law in regards to things which are already in Quran. And they say Umar and many other Imams did it, and different times need different laws.

If you don't understand then bring the criticism of hadees sciences according to well established modus operandi... @@muqeetmehroon2792 not all the hadiths are accurate, they are good efforts from muslims but prophet Muhammad Sww never instructed them to collect hadith. Later people started fabricated lies against our Prophet SWW. To counter this muhadiths did their best to collect strong hadiths based on few scientific criteria, but guess what in the field of science everyday rules change new variables are discovered and you have to reinvestigate. No muhadiseen were prophet neither they can ever be but people blindly followed them and now they are considered second layer of prophethood. 50 years ago, most of the hadith books were considered authentic until people like Allama Alabani pointed out mistake. I just wanna rest my case with one fabricated hadith in the Bukhari and here it is: Narrated Abu Dhar: I said, "O Allah's Messenger (at)! Which mosque was first built on the surface of the earth?" He said, "Al-Masjid-ul-, Haram (in Mecca)." | said, "Which was built next?" He replied "The mosque of Al-Agsa ( in Jerusalem) ." I said, "What was the period of construction between the two?" He said, "Forty years." He added, "Wherever (you may be, and) the prayer time becomes due, perform the prayer there, for the best thing is to do so (i.e. to offer the prayers in time). Its fact that Kabba was built by Abraham and his son, while Alaqsa was built by Suleiman AS as mentioned in the Quran. And there time difference between Abraham AS and Suleiman AS is more than 900-1000+ years. So, clearly this hadith is a fabrication. After reading this hadith an atheist can say that Prophet Muhammmad Sww was a fake prophet and he was fabricating lies. But my brother this is because we have associated all these hadiths as sayings of Prophet SWW. This is where the problem is, we don’t reason and only apply the rules that was discovered by Muslim and Bukhari, there more rules there more sciences to apply on hadith to reach the truth.
