No bro, anyone can visit in BHU campus bcz I was student of CHBS (BHU) ,studied there from 6th to 10th. Reason is BHU has hospital Sir Sundar Lal Hospital (also IMS bhu), very fascinating Viswanath temple, some museum (I am forgetting name), very big NCC training ground (may be min 1-2sq. Km area) where some others school students come for 10days Camp(I have also did AIR NCC). So all these are public places and within the campus. So everyone is allowed may be some area are restricted.
